You will follow a 2-week pre-detoxification program to gently lead you into the next step. Then, you will follow a 14-day detoxification program to reduce inflammation and optimize liver function. Why is this important? The liver plays a critical role in regulating cholesterol and blood sugar. By supporting liver health, we’re setting the foundation for the rest of your transformation.

You’ll have access to guided meal plans, delicious recipes, and all the support you need to complete this phase without feeling hungry or deprived.


Phase 2: The 8-Week Challenge (8 Weeks)

This phase focuses on improving insulin sensitivity and reducing the burden on your pancreas. During the first 4 weeks, you’ll follow a challenge designed to “reset” your body’s insulin receptors. In the second 4 weeks, we’ll gradually reintroduce foods to your diet, while paying attention to how your body reacts. At the end of this phase, you’ll have a chance to check your progress with a follow-up set of lab work. This phase also begins incorporating stress management techniques and light exercise or movement tailored to your abilities.


Phase 3: Sustainable Lifestyle Changes (12 Weeks)

You’ve made incredible progress by now, and it’s time to move into a long-term, sustainable approach. We’ll guide you through transitioning to a modified Mediterranean-style diet customized to your body’s needs. With your final lab results at the end of this phase, you will receive guidance on continuing or maintaining what you have achieved. You will have the tools to maintain your health improvements for life.
